Started our day with another uninvited guest in the screened porch of the casita. Omg I almost had a heart attack. I have not mentioned how much I hate bats! Good thing Garnet is brave! The other little Gecko guy visits often but stays outside. He’s kinda cute. After that adventure we headed over for swimming at the pool. We had lunch at the casita, then over to Brenda’s friends Murray and Laurie for socializing. They have the most beautiful place right on the bay with palm trees all around the property. Over to Blackbeards for happy hour with other local residents from the Cerro sands community. Great people. Then back to the roof top bar with the people from around Orchid Bay resort for pizza night and some karaoke. No singing for this girl but Garnet with LOTS of encouragement from Brenda gave it a try. Had another fun day!
